Shipping policy

At ArtbyHosanna, we take great care to ensure your fine art prints and original artworks arrive safely, whether shipped within Australia or internationally. All orders are packaged securely and include tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

·        Fine Art Prints: Please allow 2–3 weeks for printing and delivery within Australia.

·        Canvas Prints: Please allow 4–5 weeks for printing, stretching, and delivery within Australia.

·        Original Artworks: Please allow 2–3 weeks for dispatch and delivery within Australia.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost during transit, we will reprint or replace it at no extra cost. To submit a claim, please email art@artbyhosanna.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, name, and photo evidence showing both the damaged packaging and the artwork.

Nothing in these Terms, the Shipping Policy, or the Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to most countries except USA and Canada.

·        Fine Art Prints: Please allow 4–5 weeks for printing and delivery internationally.
A standard international shipping rate of $50 AUD applies for up to 10 prints in a single order.

·        Original Artworks: Shipping times and costs vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
Please contact us prior to purchase for a custom international shipping quote.

·        Canvas Prints: Currently available within Australia only (not eligible for international shipping).

All international shipments are securely packaged for export and include tracking details once dispatched.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed at checkout.

·        These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and policies.

·        The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival in their country.

·        We recommend that international customers check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Please note: ArtbyHosanna is not registered for GST, therefore no Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to purchases.
