Refund policy

·        Fine Art Prints & Canvas Prints: Due to the custom nature of our printing process, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on prints. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a faulty or defective product. In the event of damage, a replacement print will be sent at no additional cost once evidence is provided.

·        To initiate a damaged item claim, please contact us within 14 days at art@artbyhosanna.com.au with your order number, name, and clear photos showing the damaged packaging and artwork. To assist us in investigating claims with our courier, we ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.. If you need to make a claim, please notify us at art@artbyhosanna.com.au with your order number, name and photographic evidence. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 1506, Mudgeeraba, QLD 4213.  

·        Original Artworks: We want you to love your original artwork. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for change-of-mind, provided the painting is undamaged, in the same condition, in original packaging, and insured for return shipping (at buyer's expense). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Commissioned or custom works are final sale - no returns. Contact us at art@artbyhosanna.com.au within 7 days with order details and photos. We'll provide a return label or instructions. Upon inspection, full refunds (minus original shipping cost) process within 5 business days.

·        If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for
Commissioned or custom works.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, and returned
insured for return shipping (at buyer's expense). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
In the event of a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
