In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost during transit, we'll reprint and ship it at no extra cost to you. Please note: In order for us to replace a damaged item, we must have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and of the damage to the print. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the damaged order as we need to stick to the guidelines set by our courier services. If you need to make a claim, please notify us at art@artbyhosanna.com.au with your order number, name and photographic evidence.

Due to the variables inherent between the thousands of different devices available for viewing images online, the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly from the reproduction you receive.

We have personally compared the original artwork with a printed proof made by the printmaker and are satisfied that each reproduction will be the best possible match in terms of tone and colour.

Colour will fade over time as a result of exposure to UV light. Under normal household conditions, you could expect a pigment ink print on quality paper or canvas to last 80-100 years without noticeable fading.

Due to the delicate nature of art products, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us as quickly as possible and provide photos of the damage to the product and packaging.
